Terms & Conditions of Use
These terms apply to your use of the CAPTR Motion property video service at reamotion.captr.com.au (the “Service”). By placing an order you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain English.
1. Who provides the Service
The Service is provided by CAPTR Software Pty Ltd (ABN 58 687 767 031), an Australian company (“CAPTR”, “we”, “us”). Your agreement is with CAPTR only — not with REA Group Ltd or any of its subsidiaries.
2. What the Service does
You supply photos and details for a property listing; we use AI-assisted tools to generate a short cinematic video for that listing. Output is generated, so results vary with the quality and number of photos supplied. Videos are typically delivered within a few hours of payment; we'll email you a link when yours is ready.
3. Your content and responsibilities
- You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for every photo, logo, and piece of text you submit (for example, from your agency or the listing photographer).
- You confirm the listing details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to market the property.
- You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or offensive.
- You retain ownership of everything you upload.
4. Your licence to the video
Once payment is complete, you receive a royalty-free licence to use the generated video for marketing the corresponding property listing, including on listing portals and social media. CAPTR retains ownership of the underlying generation technology and templates.
5. Payment, delivery and refunds
The price is shown at checkout (currently USD $49 per property video) and is processed securely by Stripe. If we're unable to produce your video, we'll refund your payment in full. If the video is delivered but you're unhappy with the result, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you to re-generate it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Data and privacy
Uploaded media is processed within Australia and retained for 90 days for quality and support purposes, after which it is deleted. Your contact details are used to deliver your order and provide support — we don't sell your data. To have your media removed sooner, email us and we'll action it.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting content you don't have rights to, or using it for properties you aren't authorised to market. We may decline or cancel orders that breach these terms (with a refund where payment was taken).
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CAPTR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service or the generated video. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, except where the Australian Consumer Law provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.
9. Relationship with REA Group
CAPTR operates this Service through an approved commercial partnership with REA Group Ltd. The Service is not marketed, operated, or made available by REA Group Ltd and/or its subsidiaries, and REA Group provides no warranties regarding it. All support enquiries are handled by CAPTR.
10. Changes and contact
